Conditions
1/ All consultation forms and any other relevant paperwork must be returned at least seven days prior to the party date, in order to adapt any treatments requested.
2/ Non disposable items remain the property of VLG PAMPER PARTIES
3/ Deposit required at time of booking and the remainder to be paid in full on day/night of party or treatment
4/ At least 5 days notice is required to cancel in order to receive a full refund
5/ Therapists have the right to refuse treatment to any guest behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol with no refund
6/ VLG therapists require a smoke free environment
7/ The therapists are not responsible for any allergic reactions if permission has ben given to carry out the specific treatment or any allergies were not declared in the consultation
